Impact of the BEPS multilateral instrument on tax treaties in Burkina Faso

The BEPS multilateral instrument was signed by Burkina Faso in Paris on 7 June 2017 et ratified by the parliament act n° 007-2019/AN of 26 march 2019.  Following the deposit of the instrument of ratification by the state of Burkina Faso on 30 october 2020, the multilatreal instrument entered into force on 1st february 2021 for BurKina Faso.
